When we get the sample or any new idea…

● Normally, we will confirm and provide the following issue in 3-5 days.

1. Can we produce? (We did not say what we cannot produce yet)

2. Pricing (Unit price and tooling cost)

3. Re-design drawings

● After confirming the price and design and confirm to tool up, we will start the molding process which includes:

● Prepare and confirm the Pro-Engineer -Molding drawings (7-10days)

● CNC (computer numeric control) -Process (20-25 days)

● Trial-When the mold almost get done, the mold will be placed in an injection molding machine to generate some samples of plastic. We will look into the plastic sample to see what we have to modify (5-10 days later the molding is excepted to be completed finished)

● Once customers get the sample and find out something has to be modified, normally we will need round 5 days to finish.

● Once the plastic and electronic parts is ready, we need 1-2 day(s) to prepare the sample

● When the sample is approved, the mold will be polished

● Check all of the components ( PCB, resistance, diode, LED…etc) then confirm we can do the function and all of the components we can provide.(2-4days)

● Design the electronic circuit (3-5 days)

● Send the design to the PCB factory to get their mock up PCB samples (5-7 days)

● Check the PCB function (1-2 days)

● Waiting for the plastic from “Trial” and put the PCB on the unit to check the size is well fitted (1 day) and send the mock up plastic to the ironware factory to get the mock up ironware (3-5days) to do the first sample.

● After confirm the mock up ironware is OK, we will confirm to the ironware factory and start the ironware tooling (10days)
